A LA CARTE GRAND HALL DINNER OPTION

 

Audiences for our nightly 8.30pm Grand Hall performance have the option to pre-purchase a two course a la carte dinner when booking their show tickets.  Served at your table and freshly prepared by our chefs onsite, this delicious selection, accompanied by table beverage service, is served nightly from 7.00pm prior to the commencement of the headline performance.

While dining in grand style you will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and enjoy our Festival piano bar entertainment.

Our seating system will allocate the 10 tables closest to the stage to diners, so book early for the opportunity to gain an 'A Reserve' seat at no additional cost!

 

THE GRAND HALL MENU  - $54 per person

(includes piano bar entertainmant and a glass of sparkling wine)

 

MAIN COURSE

  • Oven baked salmon fillet with a hazelnut and dill pesto crust, served with a warm potato salad and fresh lemon.


  • Moroccan lamb cooked with the intoxicating flavours of ginger, saffron and apricots served on a spiced cous cous.


  • Kashmir chicken, slowly cooked in a rich almond sauce with the flavours of cardamom, cinnamon and coriander, served with steamed rice and poppadums.


  • Pumpkin and Ricotta lasagne with a basil tomato sauce and freshly grated parmesan.


  • Bangers and smashed potatoes served with a red wine jus  and candied onions.


DESSERT


  • Wild berry cheese cake with poached berries and pouring cream.


  • Individual lemon meringue pies


  • Warm chocolate mud cake with cinnamon ice cream


  • Individual cheese plates


  • Apple and rhubarb crumble with custard

Selections from this menu can be ordered from your table in the Grand Hall for Best of the Fest Performances, all night for Ballantyne Room performances and from the Monkey Bar.
